Privacy Policy

LocksLodge.com uses cookies to track browser activity for the purposes of operating a shopping cart. Basic contact info is collected on the contact form for purposes of answering your question or feedback. Information is also collected by PayPal, when customers make a purchase, solely for the purposes of accepting payments and shipping your order. Locks Lodge will never sell your information to a third party or otherwise compromise your privacy. After your order is completed, or comments answered, you will never receive any new flyers, e-mails, or future solicitations. We appreciate our customers.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return items within thirty days of purchase for a refund minus $6 for U.S. orders and $10 for international orders. We will fully refund cost and shipping or replace, at your discretion, any defective materials or craftsmanship up to thirty days from date of purchase. Absolutely no returns on orders outside of the U.S.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped out of our shop within 2-3 business days of order, but be aware that around holidays your order may take several more days to finish. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, and shipping times vary depending on location. Shipping on U.S. orders is free, and international orders are subject to an additional $10 fee. We are not responsible for lost shipments. If you would like to order insurance on your package please contact us to make arrangements.

CT Sales Tax Disclaimer

By law, I am required to charge a six percent sales tax to Connecticut residents. I do, however, offer a discount to negate the price difference for these orders so that the prices stay the same.
