If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return items within thirty days of purchase for a refund minus the cost of shipping. We will fully refund cost and shipping or replace, at your discretion, any defective materials or craftsmanship up to sixty days from date of purchase.
Most orders are shipped within two business days of order. If there are any unusual circumstances you will be notified by email of the delay. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.00
By law, I am required to charge a six percent sales tax to Connecticut residents. I do, however, offer a discount to negate the price difference for these orders so that the prices stay the same.
